Training is available in many areas. Below is information for the training currently available in the Westerly area, and from The Stonington Ambulance Corps.In the Westerly area, training is provided by BLS/CPR instructor Dawn Smith. She provides training regularly. You may schedule a class for your own group, or join in on another class that she already has scheduled. A text book will be provided, and you will obtain a certification recognized by the American Heart Association, valid for two years.

Stonington Ambulance has two AED instructors that are also available to conduct classes. Instead of a defined class schedule, they provide training for a group of employees at a time convenient for them.
